Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership.

DIGITAL PRINTABLE LICENSE

What You MAY Do

When you purchase a printable or downloadable file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for approved use.

You MAY:

  • Download and print files for personal use
  • Print products for gifts
  • Use purchased printables in your own home, classroom, or small business environment
  • Sell physical finished items created from the printable designs (if allowed under your selected license tier)
  • Resize files for your own use

What You MAY NOT Do

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, share, email, or redistribute the digital files
  • Upload files to any marketplace, cloud storage, social media download, or print-on-demand site
  • Claim the artwork or designs as your own
  • Modify designs and resell them as new digital products
  • Copy or reproduce tutorials, instructions, branding, or product listings
  • Use designs for trademark, logo, or mass-production purposes without written permission

Small Business Commercial Use

Small business commercial use is permitted for physical end products only, with the following limitations:

  • Up to [100 / 500 / unlimited] physical sales per design
  • No digital resales permitted
  • No wholesale manufacturing without written approval

PAINT KIT RESELLER LICENSE

Approved Reseller Use

Approved customers may resell completed paint kits purchased from My Little Paintbrush.

You MAY:

  • Resell physical paint kits at markets, boutiques, events, or online
  • Bundle kits with your own products
  • Use product photos provided by us with permission

Restrictions

You MAY NOT:

  • Copy or recreate our kits for manufacturing
  • Duplicate packaging, branding, labels, or instructions
  • Use our business name or logo in a misleading way
  • Sell digital copies of kit instructions or artwork
  • Manufacture imitation products based on our designs

WORKSHOPS & GROUP EVENTS

Purchased kits and printables may be used for:

  • Personal craft parties
  • Classroom activities
  • Small local workshops

You MAY NOT:

  • Teach paid classes using our materials without a workshop license
  • Reproduce kits for large-scale commercial classes
  • Record and sell tutorials using our copyrighted materials

REFUNDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital download sales are final
  • No refunds or exchanges are available after download access is granted

Physical paint kits may be eligible for replacement if damaged during shipping. Please contact us within [7] days of delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ENFORCEMENT

Unauthorized copying, resale, distribution, or reproduction of our products may result in:

  • License termination
  • DMCA takedown notices
  • Legal action where applicable
